Operator Control
Highly customizable control over all the information concerning the farm operators. It is possible to register the entry and exit records of each facility and/or plot, vacation requests and sick leave.
Work and incident control
Control of any incident in which being an application designed to work with any mobile device allows the notification of any incident on plots and / or tools from anywhere. In the same way, the resolutions of such incidents can be registered immediately, leaving a complete record with the date of the incident and resolution, the operator in charge, work report...
Supports the possibility of generating notifications by mail, sms, or push notifications, so that the responsible operators are immediately informed of any breakdown, maintenance, corrective, etc... Or even warns of the need for any upcoming preventive maintenance, so that the operator can plan it and ensure that it is carried out in the correct time frame.
Work parts
As a result of the incidents, new jobs are generated and appear, once assigned by the person in charge, in the operator's panel where he/she will fill in people, hours, tools and spare parts. It is also possible to generate jobs without the need to associate them to an incident, so that a complete and easily accessible record of all the work reports issued over time is kept.

Provisioning phases
The provision of the solution will be carried out in two phases, in the timeframes and with the committed execution acknowledgement defined below:
First stage: 3 months and a committed execution at 80%. It will be necessary to prove the implementation of all the functionalities, as well as the provision of the user licenses and services required, except for Maintenance.
Second stage: 12 months and a committed execution of 20%. For this it will be necessary to prove the provision of all the functionalities as well as the provision of the user licenses and services of the first phase and its maintenance.
